Born hairdresser.
It didn’t take long before Aleksia realised her passion. From a young age, her hairdressing skill could be seen amongst all her friend’s hair.
The courage to follow her dream brought her an international career traveling to various countries doing what she loves most.
Described by the team as enthusiastic and superbly talented, Aleksia’s hairdressing skills continues to surprise day by day. Unique and bright, she certainly brings the best of what we are as a brand.
As she says, “hairdressing is a creative, never boring, challenging and full of joy. Lucky for those who can do what they love every day.”
Bringing with her over 14 years’ experience, with many specialisations and international training such as ‘Wella Master Colour Expert’, Aleksia proudly achieved the best marks in her studies and was credited with a distinction in her education with the Toni&Guy Academy in London.
Taking inspirations from art, nature, architecture but most importantly from the customer, Aleksia can surprise you with her perfect taste for colouring, from natural tones to pastel colours to bright and colourful tones. Ever wonder how it feels to have a glamorous blow dry? Wonder no more!
BRIGHT is proud to have Aleksia as our on-site ‘Head of Technical Training’, teaching our future technicians the core values of our brand and passing on her bright talent.
Fernando Almeida
Co - founder / Styling Director.

Artistic from childhood, Fernando has always had a creative mind, but it was through hair that that he could really express himself.
Inspired by shapes, textures, design and photography, anything could be an idea for a great style.
Trained from the beginning of his career at the Toni&Guy Academy in London it didn’t take long for him to excel in his career, progressing from a young stylist to salon management.
With over 10 years of experience he finished his studies with the best grades and worked in different countries managing to acquire experience with different hair types and textures, making him a great adviser.
Listening to his heart, Fernando had never thought of doing anything else. It was clear from the beginning and nothing has changed since then. Today he feels like nothing could make him happier, as he says states, “the fire and passion for this profession is what makes each day of my life brighter, full of joy and love.”
Described by his team as passionate and creative, his great personality and big smile is contagious. Perfectionist, Fernando won’t let any detail escape from his eyes, making fantastic haircut styles that demand his full attention, whilst delivering a memorable experience for his customers.
